What is Mindfulness?
To put it simply, mindfulness is noticing and experiencing the world around you. Instead of focusing on the past or the future, we train our brains to spend time in the present, noticing the sights, sounds, smells and feelings around us.
Mindfulness can be a particularly useful tool to help deal with anxiety as it forces oneself to be in the present rather than worrying about the past or what is to come. |

What is Gratitude?
Gratitude is noticing all the amazing things we have in our lives that we are thankful for. The food we eat, the clothes we have, the stranger we smiled at on the bus, the sunshine on your face in the afternoon. Gratitude is about realizing and dwelling in that joy you feel when you realize how wonderful your world really is.
